SS164 50/200kHz, 1kW, 20° Tilt, Si-Tex 8-Pin, DT
Part #SS164-20-8S
MFG #KIT
1 kW
Step up to a 1 kW—without a fairing! This 1 kW, flush-mount transducer is perfect for fast, trailered, tournament and sport-fishing vessels that cannot accommodate a High-performance Fairing. The flush-mounted, stainless steel housing extends less than 6.35 mm (1/4") outside your hull, so it can sit on trailer rollers and bunks. The ceramic arrays are tilted inside the housing, providing the perfect vertical beam with maximum energy on what is directly below the boat.
Available in three Tilted Element models:
- Fixed 20° tilted version for 16 to 24° hull deadrise angles
- Fixed 12° tilted version for 8 to 15° hull deadrise angles
- Fixed 0° tilted version for 0 to 7° hull deadrise angles
- Depth and fast-response water-temperature sensing
- 1 kW of power
- Dual-frequency elements:
- 50 kHz with a wide 22° beamwidth for depth performance to 529 m (1800')
- 200 kHz with a 6° beamwidth for depth performance to 235 m (800')
- Interfaces to any 600 W or 1 kW echo sounder
- Engineered for center-console and trailered boats
- Low-profile design extends less than 6.35 mm (1/4") below the hull
- No effect on boat’s running performance
- Stainless steel housing for use in all hull materials
- Available in a bronze housing (B164) for use in a fiberglass or wood hull
- Patented Xducer ID® technology
